It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. This fabulous "surf city" print (5.75" repeat) is perfect for all ages, and features various bright and spicy tones (PANTONE 14-0754, 15-4722, 17-1525, 17-1545, etc.).
