Here's an AMAZING cotton/spandex french terry print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 30% stretch in both directions. The reverse has a flat terry texture (white). It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes.
