This lovely novelty knit from a NY designer is SO much prettier in real life! It is a lightweight, yarn dyed 2-ply knit that has a random criss cross pattern with oval-shaped "holes" that reveal the sheer underlayer. The background color is a white with gold metallic fibers, with variegated shots of red, yellow, blue, green and orange (PANTONE 14-1108-ish, 17-1564, 19-4245, 17-5633, etc.). The underlayer has not metallic--the background is a solid beige tone. The layers are knitted together and form a semi-opaque beauty with about 15% widthwisestretch. It has a soft drape and is so pretty, perfect for any number of tee, cardigan, pullover, tunic, top or dress. Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry (please test first).
