From a CA designer, this is a lovely soutache-style embroidered fabric,a drapey, lightweight and semi-sheer woven with ribbony strips embroidered onto the fabric in a swirling pattern to create a subtle, dimensional look. The fabric has a small scale navy and white graphic (PANTONE 19-4025, 18-3928, etc.). The overall effect gives the fabric extra dimension and movement. It is perfect for a feminine blouse, skirt or dress. Some styles may need lining or layering. Test first if you wish to hand wash, and hang to dry.
