From a wonderful West Coast designer, this fabulous quality cotton stretch woven print is an opaque dress weight with a cottony drape and a matte finish. It has about 20% widthwise stretch, and the pretty stripe print with floral clusters has a vintage look due to the subtle shading in the white stripes.
