French basketweave design yarn dye jacquard woven 1.25 yd

Just in from a top French mill that weaves specialty fabrics for Jean Paul Gautier, Chanel and other top designers this lovely fabric has a yarn-dyed, basketweave design with a dot of gold metallic at each intersection of the design. The colors are a citrus-y blend of lemon, orange, sky, pink, lime, etc., shot through with white to lighten and brighten (PANTONE 12-0738, 16-4530, 14-1227, etc.). It is a dress/suiting weight with a bit of crispness in the drape, and it has a cottony feel. It would make a stunning tailored dress, jacket, suit, slacks (no stretch though), skirt, etc. (The reverse has a beautiful darker coloring since the white fibers only show on the right side.) Sooo pretty, way more beautiful in real life. Dry cleaning recommended. 1.25 yds.
