This is a beautiful printed cotton woven, an opaque dress/shirt/skirt weight with a lovely cottony drape. The base color is a light denim blue, with red, pink, yellow, blue and blush feathers in a random arrangement (PANTONE 15-4020, 18-1649, 14-0756, 15-2216, etc). Perfect for a lovely dress, overshirt, capris, skirt, etc. Manufacturer recommends machine wash gentle, tumble dry low (please test first).
