This is a small cut (about 5.25 yards) from a designer sample room, a wonderful cotton twill backed with a lightweight white fusible (this can be easily peeled off if you prefer not to use it). The quality of the cotton twill is wonderful, and the fabulous blue and green swirling graphic is eye-catching and fashion forward (PANTONE 15-5516, 15-0146, 17-4139, etc.). It has a small bit (about 10%) mechanical stretch in the width, if you remove the fusing, and is medium weight with a more firm drape. Make a fitted or jeans style jacket, jeans, topper coat, vest, etc. Please test first if you wish to hand or machine wash, and hang to dry.
