French black with neon colors plaid suiting

This exquisite textured plaid suiting comes from a French mill and features a neon-toned, woven-in plaid design (4"x4") on a black twill weave background. The colors are neon orange, grass, turquoise, pink and white (PANTONE 16-1664, 16-2164, 16-4550, etc.).
