This laser cut and embroidered version of a scuba knit is fabulous! It has a doubleknit construction with a smooth texture, some body to the drape, and about 15% stretch in the width only. The color is black with silvery white embroidery that has a pretty sheen. The embroidered width is 50", with wide plain selvedges on either side. The closeup is on a white background so that you can see the laser cutouts. Very much like using a guipure lace, except that it has some stretch. Use for any garment that calls for scuba or ponte, but some styles will need lining or layering. Hand wash, hang or lay flat to dry. It can also be dry cleaned.
