Spanish red/blue smoke rosette flower applique mesh

This appliqued mesh made in Spain is so pretty and delightful, and perfect for a special occasion or evening out! The base fabric is a sheer mesh with about 15% stretch in the width only, over which unfinished poly georgette ribbon strips are appliqued in a rosette arrangement. The poly georgette is printed with a speckly floral design in tones of soft red, smokey blue and black (PANTONE 17-1545, 17-4111). It is semi-sheer and very drapey with lots of texture and movement. It's perfect for a pouffy skirt or fun evening jacket, top, vest or tunic. Dry clean, or please test first if you would like to hand wash and lay flat to dry.
