silk suiting - black/white herringbone tweed

This beautiful silk tweed suiting has a novelty herringbone-ish, tweedy weave that is the same on both sides. It has a rustic look but is not rough in texture, and the black and creamy white coloring is always in style! There are occasional threads of pale lavender, blue or gold, but they are quite subtle and sparse, adding dimension and complexity rather than color. (It "reads" black and white.) The drape has body, making it perfect for jackets, suits, skirt, fitted dress, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
