Limited yardage (about 5.5 or so) and I can't get more!
Another fabulous cotton blend, yarn-dyed matelasse' knit from a NY designer and made in Italy! The fabric has a highly textured surface and the weight and drape are like a doubleknit with 20% widthwise and lengthwise stretch. The basketweave design features raised, creamy ribbon-like strips with recessed black areas. The back is also a black flat knit with creamy white dashes. Make a fabulous fitted dress, cardigan jacket, pencil skirt, knit suit, tunic, etc. The weight is extremely versatile and the cotton blend is SO comfortable to wear! Dry clean, or test first if you wish to hand wash and lay flat or hang to dry.
