From a well-known CA designer, this is a beautiful quality silk/cotton lightweight woven (about 50/50 silk to cotton), with a fabulous "artist's dream" print that runs across the width (about 18" for the black spotty area, about 24" for the feathery flower area, with the red leaf area in between). The fabric has a floaty drape and is semi-opaque. Colors include black, white, mint, blush, red, yellow and aqua (PANTONE 14-1038, 13-0324, 12-0624, etc.). You would most likely cut your garment across the grain, and the print has a 35.5" vertical repeat. It's the perfect weight for a shirt, tunic, dress or skirt. Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash, or dry clean.
