From the sample room of a NY designer, this fabulous fabric is part netting, part fancy basketweave, to create a checkerboard pattern with a 4.5" vertical, 6" horizontal repeat. The color is black, and the fabric is sheer in the netting areas (photographed on a white background). Lovely drape, medium-light weight, perfect as an overlay for a mod and simple-lined sheath dress, skirt, tunic, etc. Dry cleaning is best, although if you wish to try hand-washing, please test first.
