From a US supplier, this is an absolutely beautiful and very unique, highly textured knit. It is substantial, cozy, warm and fully opaque. The "textured herringbone" design features a large-scale, yarn-dyed herringbone pattern (6.5" horizontal repeat) which is crisply defined on the back side and more subtle on the face due to its distinguishing, looped stitch. The depth, texture and variation of the surface texture is truly fantastic. The heavier weight of this fabric classifies it as a warm sweater knit or mid-weight coating. The content is a blend of wool and either mohair or angora along with synthetic fibers. Make a warm pullover, cardigan, cape, lined or unlined jacket, or insulate for a beautiful winter coat, etc.
