From designer deadstock and sourced in the USA, this is a beautifully engineered doubleknit with a waffle pattern on one side and a tiny plain knit stitch on the reverse. It is all-cotton with a bit of stretch in the width due to the knit construction, but overall a very stable knit with some firmness in the drape. The color is a soft white, and its light suiting weight lends itself to spring and summer styles. You could take this fabric in many directions, depending on your vision. Sew a delightful knit jacket, warm weather suit, pullover, dress or skirt, etc. It could easily be worn from day to evening. Hand or machine was cool and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
