From designer deadstock and made in France, this is a lovely viscose sateen, a lightweight woven that is opaque with a soft drape and a satin finish. The "tropical silhouette" graphic has a 23" vertical repeat, and since this fabric is completely stable, your pattern can be laid out in either direction or on the bias. It is wonderfully soft, making it perfect for a drapey shirt, blouse, tunic, dress or skirt, a lining for a jacket or coat, etc. Hand or machine wash, hang to dry.
