Italian 'printmaking study' virgin wool double gauze 2.25 yd

This is an exquisite designer deadstock virgin wool double-weave, superior quality, sophisticated and elegant. It has a texture similar to a double gauze but is a bit more substantial and tightly woven. It is nearly opaque with a soft drape that has a some body with no stretch. The artful "printmaking study" design (52.5" repeat) features medium gray on a cream base (PANTONE 17-0000, 11-0606 is close). This medium weight beauty is a wonderful choice for soft jacket, topper coat, shawl, cape, winter dress or skirt, tunic, etc. Dry clean or treat as you would any fine wool fabric.
