Each panel is 39" long, so I'm calling it a yard. I have only THREE panels and can't get more.
This amazing scuba-like fabric from a NY designer and made in Italy is VERY substantial in weight with a two-layer, micro-doubleknit construction, a smooth texture and lots of body in the drape. While it has some stretch in the width, it is better not to stretch it, and instead treat it as a woven or stable knit. The amazing mulit-colored flowery abstract motif repeats twice across each panel and the shape, which is surrounded by white, mimics the female body shape so it's perfect for a sheath dress or tunic, or perhaps a fitted jacket. The reverse is solid white. Make a head-turning and fashion-forward garment! Dry cleaning recommended.
