stretch selvedge denim - red beaded selvedge/white

This is a fantastic deadstock denim with a tight weave, a very soft hand and a coveted style of decorated selvedge (or selvage). It has about 20% stretch in the width and a cottony drape. This is a lighter mid-weight denim, and the elastic content provides a supple hand.  The color is a soft white with a small but vibrant red beaded selvage along both edges, and it looks the same on both sides. Align your pattern pieces with the selvedge to sew designer quality jeans, jackets, overshirts, a tailored dress or skirt, shorts, tote bags or a lovely apron that will last a lifetime. Note the narrower width, which is standard for selvedge denim. Prewash separately and hang to dry (please test first).
