From deadstock of the famous designer and made in Italy, this is an exquisite wool blend novelty woven. It has a diagonal rib which brings great textural interest and a cozy feel to this very unique fabric. It has a very soft, dry hand, is fully opaque, and has about 5% give in the width only. It has body in the drape with a bit of firmness. The color is a gorgeous, rich shade right in between blue and violet. Make a structured cardigan or sweatery tunic. Also a great choice for a pullover, jacket, warm suiting, dress or skirt, etc. Dry clean, or if you wish to try hand-washing at home please test first, and lay flat to dry.
