From Italian designer deadstock, this is a gorgeous doubleface woven fabric with a boldly printed face and coordinating back side. A medium weight with a substantial yet drapey character. The "geo story" print (36" repeat) features a lovely batik-inspired design in a jewel tone colorway of plum purples, denim blues, blacks, and soft white. The reverse side is a heather charcoal gray with a slightly brushed texture and a dry, wooly hand. This fabric is completely opaque so there is no need to line it. It has some firmness along with body in the drape and just 10% widthwise stretch with excellent recovery. Perfect for tops, tunics, more structured cardigans, dress, comfy and elegant separates, a winter skirt, etc. Machine wash cool and lay flat to dry. iron on low.
