Italian 'safari kingdom' fine cotton jacquard shirting 1.375 yds

From Italian designer deadstock, this is a fine quality cotton jacquard shirting, a lightweight and opaque woven with a cottony drape and no stretch. The base fabric is a classic black, and the "safari kingdom" design (25.5" repeat, each animal is roughly 2" wide) features animals (woven-in, not printed!) in silvery gray with black crossthreads (PANTONE 14-4203, etc.). The reverse is not meant to be seen as it shows the clipped-weave of the jacquard. Perfect for a shirt, top, tunic, skirt, dress, etc. Dry clean, or hand or machine wash gentle and hang to dry (please test first). LAST PIECE, 1.375 yds.
