From Italian designer deadstock, this is a fine quality printed cotton batiste, Liberty-esque, a light weight that is semi-opaque with no stretch. It has an exquisitely delicate feel, soft and smooth with a tight weave and a bit of cottony body in the drape. The classic paisley print (16" repeat) features lavender and basil green in varying shades of darkness on an alabaster background (PANTONE 16-3525, 17-0215, 11-0602, etc.). It is perfect for a blouse, shirt, top, tunic, etc. Some styles may need lining or layering. Hand or machine wash cold, hang to dry (please test first). END OF ROLL, 1.5 yds.
