organic cotton GOTS 'wicker stitch' sweater knit - blue 1.25 yd

From a wonderful supplier of organic fabrics, this beauty is an organic cotton/elastane sweater knit with a lovely "wicker stitch" jacquard design. Produced in Turkey for a Danish company, the fabric is Oeko-Tex and GOTS certified, assuring organic fibers and non-toxic chemicals and dyes. It is light weight and nearly opaque with about 50% widthwise, 20% lengthwise stretch and good recovery. It has a soft drape with some body, and the color is a beautiful strong blue (PANTONE 18-4051) with a matte finish. The basketweave texture is visible on both sides. Perfect for a cardigan, pullover, sweater dress, knit top, etc. Hand or machine wash cool, gentle, and lay flat to dry. Do not dry clean, do not tumble dry. Note the wide width!. 1.25 yds.
