From a NY designer, this is a lovely quality dusty blue and off white cotton chambray shirting (PANTONE 17-4328 mixed with off white), opaque with a cottony drape. It is a shirting/dress weight, perfect for gender neutral shirts, or tops, tunics, shirt dress, skirt, loose-fitting pants, etc. Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash, and hang to dry.
