From Noriso1 Ferrari, this is an exquisite Italian silk velvet burnout woven, lightweight and sheer with a floaty drape and little velvet and printed specks on a very sheer ground. The velvet, raised dots are black and printed dots are dull white. So pretty, and perfect for a pretty shawl or scarf, top, tunic, blouse, overlay for a special occasion dress or skirt, etc. Some styles will need lining or layering.
