This is a gorgeous Italian mostly-wool doubleface coating (not doubleCLOTH, but very similar), a coating weight, with a beautiful shades-of-gray ombre (33" repeat) on one side that has a nap that is ever-so-slightly like hair or fur, and a very dark gray on the other (PANTONE 17-3802, 18-0503, etc., are in the vicinity).
