This beauty is a textured cotton plisse' woven from a high end designer who uses only goods from top Italian mills. The color is black, and the texture is a micro-grid that expands out 40% horizontally, 20% vertically, with great spring-back. It is semi-sheer/semi-opaque with some body in the drape.
