This is a beautiful brocade from a NY designer that has a raised texture resembling re-embroidered lace. It is a dress/lighter suiting weight with a bit of body in the drape, and the colors are blue-black and brilliant blue (PANTONE 18-4043, 19-3908). Opaque with a tight weave, and it would make a spectacular special occasion jacket, fitted dress, skirt, topper coat, etc. Dry clean only.
