This Italian fancy boucle' from Tah@ri is absolutely exquisite! It is a cotton/viscose blend basketweave woven with a richness of texture and design. It has a variety of yarns, thick and thin, shiny and matte, some looking like flat grosgrain ribbon, and there are pretty little sequins hand-sewn intermittently throughout to add sparkle and to make the fabric "pop". The colors are a wonderful mix of pink champagne and cream (PANTONE 14-1506 but lighter, etc.). It is a medium suiting weight with body in the drape, and is perfect for a French Chanel-style jacket, topper coat, suit, etc. The weave is fairly tight and stable but is easily fringed. Dry clean only. It's much more vibrant and wonderful in real life!
