From 0scar de la Renta, and made in Italy, this is a breathtaking textured matelasse' brocade, a medium suiting weight with a firm yet malleably drape and a gorgeous floral design in navy and midnight blues (PANTONE 19-4010, 19-4025...ish). The fiber content is a "melange" (mix) of mostly synthetic fibers, and it combines smooth matte finish areas with highly textured shiny areas. It has quite a bit of stretch for ultra-modern comfort and style: about 30% in the width, and 40% in the length (yes, more stretch lengthwise than widthwise). Best for a simple evening coat or jacket, suit, fitted dress or skirt, or evening skinny pants. It should be lined, as it is very textured on both sides. STUNNING! Dry clean only.
