This is an exquisite silk and rayon velvet, sapphire blue with a darker blue metallic loop graphic design (PANTONE 17-3936, 19-3925). So beautiful!! Take note of the width. Photographed in various ways to show the pattern, sheen and colors more clearly, but the flash creates shadows that are not part of the fabric. It's quite beautiful in real life! Perfect for a special occasion top, tunic, wrap, overjacket, scarf, dress, skirt, gown, etc. Lightweight and drapey but opaque. Some styles will need lining. Dry cleaning recommended.
