NY designer matelasse knit - black/white techno plaid 1.375 yd

This is a beautiful quality yarn-dyed matelasse' knit from a NY designer! The fabric has a slightly ribbed surface texture and the weight and drape are similar to a doubleknit with 40% stretch in both directions (very stable though). While the reverse is smooth and soft, it is not meant to be seen. The drape has some body and it is soft, comfortable and versatile! The techno plaid design in black and white is super modern, and perfect for a fabulous fitted dress, knit jacket, pencil skirt, knit suit, tunic, etc. Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash and lay flat or hang to dry. 1.375 yds.
