Italian cotton ottoman knit - creamy white 1 yard

From a CA designer and made in Italy, this is a wonderful addition to any casual wardrobe! It's an ottoman-textured cotton 3-ply knit, the weight and drape of a thicker doubleknit. The vertical raised ribs are created by a skipped stitch so they have an almost "fringy" look to them, there's a flat knit backing and a bit of cottony filling between the ribs to give it a more quilty, lofty quality. It has about 20% stretch in the width but it's quite stable. The color is a creamy white. Make some separates you'll want to live in: a cardigan, knit jacket, knit suit, sweater dress, knit skirt, etc. It's not very drapey so think if of it as more for simple-lined patterns or fitted garments. Test first before washing (cold, gentle) and hang to dry. LAST PIECE, 1 yard.
