This is an elegant and incredibly unique suiting in a blend of wool, silk and synthetic yarns. The houndstooth design is formed by a complex and very interesting jacquard weave with a wonderful mix of texture and finish. It is opaque with no stretch and body in the drape. Larger, twisty yarns in a creamy white are woven through the jet black base fabric, which is woven in fine yarns with a lustrous finish. It is a heavy suiting or lighter coating weight. An excellent choice for an upscale jacket, dress coat, etc. Line with charmeuse or Bemberg for an elegant and classic look. Dry cleaning recommended.
