This is a gorgeous wool crepe made in Mexico, lovely quality, and the color is a beautiful French or crystal blue (PANTONE 16-4032). Light suiting weight with lovely drape and body, almost opaque (because it's a light color, it may need lining while the darker shades of this fabric do not necessarily need lining), an upscale and versatile basic for slacks, jacket, suit, dress, skirt, etc. Dry clean.
