French virgin wool tweedy plaid suiting - dusky blue/black .5 yds

From French designer deadstock, this is a gorgeous virgin wool, yarn-dyed plaid suiting, an opaque, medium-weight suiting with some body in the drape and no stretch. It is tightly woven with a very soft hand and lightly brushed surface texture. The tweedy yarn-dyed plaid pattern has a 2" repeat and features a mix of dusky blue and black for an overall impression of dark dusky blue (PANTONE 19-3908). Classic and refined, and it looks the same on both sides. Beautiful quality and perfect for fitted trousers, tailored jacket, suiting, dress, skirt, fall coat, etc. Dry cleaning recommended. .5 yds.
