From French designer deadstock, this is a gorgeous virgin wool, yarn-dyed plaid suiting, an opaque, medium-weight suiting with some body in the drape and no stretch. It is tightly woven with a very soft hand and lightly brushed surface texture. The tweedy yarn-dyed plaid pattern has a 2" repeat and features a mix of dusky blue and black for an overall impression of dark dusky blue (PANTONE 19-3908). Classic and refined, and it looks the same on both sides. Beautiful quality and perfect for fitted trousers, tailored jacket, suiting, dress, skirt, fall coat, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
