This wonderful cotton/spandex print is imported from The Netherlands, and the quality of the fabric is sublime. The 'ebb and flow' design has a 10" repeat, and features ocean waves in a range of light and dark shades of blue and aqua (PANTONE 13-4404, 19-3936, 17-4131, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, fun leggings, lightweight cardigan, children's clothing, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry.
