From Italy, this is a printed wool blend, chunky sweater knit, a soft and cozy heavier weight with body in the drape and about 30% stretch in the width only. The face side has a gorgeous 'dusky floral' design (8.25" repeat) printed on a solid mauve tan base, producing muted shades of coral, berry, rose and a mauve tan on a charcoal gray background (PANTONE 18-1405, 18-1354, 18-0503, 15-1315 for the back side). The face has a visible knit stitch while the reverse is a textured and slightly brushed purl stitch in the solid mauve tan color. It is opaque with a wonderful cozy, brushed hand. It is perfect for a sweater jacket, chunky cardigan or pullover, cocoon coat, etc. Treat as you would any fine wool based sweater knit.
