From Italy, this is a beautiful viscose satin woven with a lustrous and smooth surface finish, using a new and more sustainable iteration of viscose called Ecovero. This beauty is light weight and just about opaque with a floaty, soft drape. The 'waterway' print (24" repeat) features ribbons of light denim blue, deep sea green, slate green, light sky blue, cloud blue, black, etc. (PANTONE 16-4127 but darker, 17-5513, 16-5804, 12-4304, etc.). It is perfect for a shirt, blouse, tunic, top, lined dress or skirt, etc. It would also make a lovely lining for a tailored jacket or coat. Hand wash, hang to dry (please test first), or dry clean. EcoVero is a viscose fabric made from sustainably sourced, renewable resources and the end product is completely biodegradable. The overall environmental impact is so low that it has been awarded the prestigious EU Ecolabel. EcoVero performs exceptionally well for everyday wear as it is very soft, comfortable, breathable and durable with a lovely drape.
