Italian wool blend, yarn-dyed stripe sweater - blue/chestnut .875 yds

This is a beautiful wool blend sweater knit from Italy, a yarn-dyed stripe with a plain knit stitch and subtle metallic accent. Note the extra-wide width! It is medium (chunky) weight and nearly opaque with a bit body in the drape. The stripes alternate in a 2" repeat and vary in size and openness of the stitch, because the yarns vary in thickness and texture. The color story is chestnut, blue lake, dark olive, black, taupe, off white, etc. (PANTONE 18-1239, 17-4037, 18-0527, etc.). It has about 30% widthwise and 10% lengthwise mechanical stretch and has a cozy, wooly surface texture. Make a cardigan, pullover, sweater dress, tunic, scarf, etc. Some styles may need lining.
