Dutch digital French terry Oeko-Tex certified - bonnet blue

Here's an AMAZING cotton/spandex French terry solid imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 30% stretch in both directions. The reverse has a flat terry texture. It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with some body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The color is bonnet blue (PANTONE 16-4134 but a shade lighter and brighter). Make a tee, top, hoodie, tunic, skirt, dress, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry.
