Italian cotton fringed stripes clipped stretch jacquard

From Italy, this fabulous clipped weave stretch jacquard woven is unique and fabulous! It has a fringed vertical stripe design (4" horizontal repeat) and lots of surface texture with various weaves that add depth, interest and design. The texture and color looks like denim, with a twill weave in the clipped areas and a micro-tweed in the darker areas between the stripes. The colors are off black and natural and it has about 20% widthwise stretch. It is opaque and medium weight with some body in the drape. The reverse looks the same, without the fringes. Make a very cool jacket, topper coat, skirt, vest, or really wild jeans (!), etc. Dry clean or test first if you want to try another method.
