We love this! From a CA designer (Dressed to Kil1), this tight accordion pleated tube knit has the most fabulous texture and great drape in a solid black. In its relaxed state it is an 8.5" tube (folded) or 17" open, and it stretches over 300% with perfect recovery. Viscose and spandex, semi-sheer, and lightweight. See the photos as a picture says 1000 words! Make a wonderful scarf, blouse, top, cool edging, etc. Dress up or down! Hand wash, lay flat to dry. LAST PIECE, .95 yds.
