This beauty just in with a new shipment from Italian mills is a wool blend boucle' made for Chane1, with a thick and nubby texture and drape with body. It is thick and warm and fairly stable, and although it looks like a knit, it actually has a grid base with variously-textured yarns woven through across the weft. Although the weave is not super tight, it has a very chunky look and the texture has a certain coarseness. The colors include a woodsy array of browns, dijon, stone and espresso (PANTONE 18-0835, 19-1217, 19-0614, 16-0945, etc.). Make a tailored French jacket or coat, cardigan, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
