Offered previously, this panel design from France is a fantastic viscose/lycra 2-way stretch knit (40% stretch in the width, 20% in the length), lightweight yet opaque, with a lovely flowing drape and a soft, dry hand. The border/panel print is so pretty, a garden bouquet floral in soft pinks, browns, aqua, bone, wisteria, etc. on a teal-green background (PANTONE 17-4421, 15-2217, 16-3925, etc.). Strategic placement of the design will result in a truly unique garment! Lay out each pattern piece separately, shifting it around until you get the effect and placement you want.
