Fashion "scuba" or "neoprene" knit is not for wetsuits! Designers from every fashion market are using this micro-doubleknit fabric for everything from high fashion garments to activewear and sportswear. It's opaque, substantial, with nice drape and about 40% stretch widthwise, 20% lengthwise. Use this versatile fabric for leggings, body-conscious dresses, skirts, jackets, color blocking, etc. The color is dark navy (PANTONE 19-3920). Machine wash cool, tumble dry low.
